We only accept advance ordering, hence, please place your order 3 days in advance. Upon placing an order, our customer service representative will contact you within the same day to confirm your order details and to arrange for a suitable delivery/self-collection time and date.

After customers purchased from us and found any product issue or discrepancies, they can contact us directly and we will follow with customer closely.

Customers can either email/contact us whenever they have any concern. Our office will assist customers.
